New QFN limiter LW48-712479 from Linwave April 29, 2015

Linwave Technology has launched the new limiter - LW48-712479. This model is an ultra-wideband passive limiter performed by two-stage scheme with PIN diodes in QFN package. The limiter provides a relatively flat frequency characteristic of the output power and low insertion loss.

 

Main features:

  • Frequency range: 100…4500 MHz
  • Typical insertion loss: 0,5 dB
  • Input /output return loss: 15 dB
  • Output power (Pin = +40 dBm, F = 100 MHz): 18 dBm
  • Input power P1dB: 11 dBm
  • CW incident power: 10 W
  • Peak incident power (1 μs pulse width, 10 % duty cycle): 100 W
  • Operating temperature: -40…+85 ºС
  • Размеры корпуса: 5.0 × 5.0 × 1.7 mm
  • Package size: 32
