New PIN diode switches from K&L November 2, 2012

The K&L company, which has long-term experience in manufacturing high-quality built-in PIN diode microwave switches, announced the launch of a large group of switches in packages for a variety of consumer applications. This group includes the PIN diode switches of various types - from single-position SPST to multi-position SP8T.

  • VSWR: 1.5:1…2.0:1
  • insertion loss, max: 0.9…3.9 dB
  • isolation, min: 65…85 dB
  • switching speed, max: 100 and 250 nsec
  • power handling, max: 0.5 W and 1 W
  • bias voltage: +5±0.5 V, -15±3 V
  • control signal: TTL

The switches are made with SMA Female connectors.
